Delight.ai Launches MCP for AI Assistant Access to Customer Service Data

Delight.ai launched Delight Agent MCP, a Model Context Protocol integration that lets external AI assistants query live customer service data using natural language.

Delight.ai announced in a press release Delight Agent MCP, a Model Context Protocol integration that lets external AI assistants query live data from a customer's Delight.ai workspace using natural language. The integration works with clients such as Claude, Codex, and Cursor.

The tool lets teams ask questions such as why customer satisfaction dropped during the week or how an agent is performing. Answers are based on live operational data from the customer's workspace.

At launch, Delight Agent MCP includes access to more than 35 operational tools. These include agent performance checks for resolution rate and CSAT, conversation search, transcript reading, quality monitoring, and write operations for actionbooks, tools, knowledge sources, and agent configuration.

Delight.ai said the capability is available now. The company previously introduced MCP Tool Import, which lets customers use their own MCP servers as tools with Delight.ai agents.
