TrueLoyal Opens Loyalty Data to AI Assistants Through MCP

Oct 14, 2026
TrueLoyal launched a beta MCP connection that lets loyalty teams query member and transaction data through compatible AI assistants.

TrueLoyal launched a beta Model Context Protocol connection for loyalty program data, the company said in a press release. Teams can use compatible AI assistants to ask plain language questions about members, purchases, campaign results, email eligibility and points liability.

The connection also lets users create and modify custom dashboards through an AI assistant. It currently provides read only access, is disabled by default and limits each user to data permitted by their existing TrueLoyal account.

The beta is available to selected TrueLoyal Rewards customers through an admin banner. TrueLoyal plans general availability later in 2026.
