DeepL Introduces Autonomous AI Agent for Business Workflows
DeepL has introduced DeepL Agent, an autonomous AI agent designed to automate a wide range of business workflows, announced in a press release. Currently in beta testing with select customers, the agent is expected to be generally available soon.
DeepL Agent aims to streamline tasks across various business functions, including finance, sales, marketing, customer support, and localization. The agent operates within users' digital environments, responding to natural language commands to execute complex workflows independently. It uses virtual tools like a keyboard, browser, and mouse to act on behalf of users, enhancing productivity by handling repetitive tasks.
The agent is multilingual and supports a broad spectrum of business functions, making it a versatile tool for enterprises. It can autonomously perform tasks such as pulling insights for sales teams, automating invoice processing for finance, and managing document translation and approvals for localization teams.
DeepL is committed to ensuring the agent meets enterprise-grade quality and security standards, with multi-level safeguards for user control and task monitoring. The agent will continue pilot testing before its general release, with updates available on DeepL AI Labs.
