DATAMYTE Introduces AI-Driven Mobile Inspections for Automotive Clients

DATAMYTE has launched a new AI-powered feature that transforms Control Plans into digital inspection workflows for automotive clients, as announced in a press release.

DATAMYTE has launched a new capability that leverages its DIGITAL CLIPBOARD mobile platform and DATAMYTE GPT AI system to automate inspection workflows for Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive clients. Announced in a press release, this innovation transforms Control Plans from the company's Quality Planning Studio software into digital inspection plans, streamlining traditionally manual APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes.

This new feature allows clients to deploy inspection workflows across various production phases, including start-up, pre-production, in-process production, and final inspection. The aim is to ensure comprehensive quality monitoring throughout the production lifecycle, enhancing compliance and accelerating time-to-value for manufacturing and quality teams.

Joel Ronning, CEO of DATAMYTE, highlighted the company's mission to transition from manual to digital manufacturing processes through AI integration. This latest development is part of DATAMYTE's broader commitment to digital transformation, providing manufacturers with tools to improve agility, efficiency, and accuracy in quality and production management.
