Datacor has appointed Sundar Kuppuswamy as its Chief AI Officer, a move announced in a press release. This newly created role highlights Datacor's focus on leveraging AI technologies to enhance its offerings in process manufacturing, chemical distribution, and engineering software.

Kuppuswamy, who brings over 20 years of experience in AI and data science, will lead Datacor's AI strategy and oversee the integration of advanced AI technologies across the company's product portfolio. He will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth opportunities and optimize product offerings.

Prior to joining Datacor, Kuppuswamy served as Chief Data Scientist at Asurion, where he led initiatives in machine learning and generative AI. His extensive background also includes leading data science efforts at Sabre and serving as a Technical Advisory Board Member for Georgia Institute of Technology's Graduate Program for Data Science & Analytics.
