Datacor has acquired Informetric Systems, enhancing its capabilities in manufacturing intelligence and digital transformation software.

Datacor has acquired Informetric Systems, a leader in manufacturing intelligence software, announced in a press release. This acquisition aims to enhance Datacor's plant-level data capture, reporting, and compliance capabilities, providing customers with improved operational visibility and faster decision-making.

Informetric Systems, founded in 1997, serves a global customer base, including nine of the top ten pharmaceutical manufacturers. Its flagship solutions, such as InfoBatch, AgileDoc, InfoLog, and the Roll Quality Management System, support electronic batch reporting, digital logbooks, compliance documentation, and roll traceability. These products are widely used in the life sciences, specialty chemicals, and industrial materials sectors.

Tom Jackson, president of Datacor, expressed excitement about the acquisition, highlighting Informetric's deep domain expertise in regulated manufacturing environments and its suite of tools that address critical production and compliance challenges.
