Corgi Launches ETF With OpenAI and Anthropic Swap Exposure

Oct 6, 2026
The MN ETF offers exposure to OpenAI and Anthropic through total return swaps, alongside holdings linked to Meta, Nvidia, Alphabet and SpaceX.

Corgi Invest announced in a press release the launch of MN, an actively managed exchange traded fund that offers exposure to OpenAI and Anthropic. The fund began trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange on October 2, 2026.

MN uses cash settled total return swaps rather than direct shares to gain exposure to the two private companies. The swaps initially use perpetual futures contracts for pricing and provide one for one exposure without a leveraged return multiplier. Combined exposure to OpenAI and Anthropic is limited to 15% of the fund's net assets when investments are made.

The fund also covers Meta Platforms, Nvidia, Alphabet and SpaceX. Under normal market conditions, it will invest at least 80% of net assets in securities and financial instruments tied to the six companies. MN has an annual operating expense ratio of 0.20%.
