Connectbase to Launch GPU-as-a-Service Platform for AI Infrastructure Monetization

October 21, 2025
Connectbase announced plans to introduce GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) within its Federated Ecosystem Fabric, enabling providers to sell and manage GPU capacity alongside connectivity services in a unified system.

Connectbase announced plans to launch GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) capabilities within its Federated Ecosystem Fabric, expanding its platform beyond connectivity into AI infrastructure monetization, according to a press release.

The new service will allow providers, managed service providers, carriers, and distributors to digitize and monetize GPU capacity within the same ecosystem used for connectivity transactions. GPUaaS will combine compute, connectivity, and compliance through a single API, enabling providers to expose GPU inventory, bundle compute with network services, and ensure governance and data locality.

Connectbase’s federated model aims to unify compute and connectivity operations across more than 400 global providers, giving enterprises access to compliant, AI-ready infrastructure. The company stated that the platform will help suppliers increase GPU utilization and allow resellers and telcos to offer bundled AI infrastructure services.

The launch represents a step in Connectbase’s effort to integrate compute and connectivity into a single transactional ecosystem, helping participants convert underused GPU assets into revenue-generating services.
