Collette Health has integrated Vonage video technology into its virtual care platform, announced in a press release. The partnership leverages Vonage’s Video API to enhance patient outcomes, including reducing falls and supporting healthcare teams amid staffing shortages.

The integration enables Collette Health’s HIPAA-compliant platform to provide virtual nursing and remote patient observation. The system has recorded over 24 million participant minutes, allowing care teams to monitor patients and conduct virtual admissions and discharges.

Vonage’s AI-powered tools support real-time identification of potential health risks, helping clinicians intervene proactively. The collaboration also aims to streamline operations and ensure secure, reliable video connections for hospitals and healthcare providers across Collette Health’s network of more than 170 hospitals.
