Coheso Launches Memory for Legal Knowledge Capture

Coheso Memory turns resolved legal requests into reusable guidance, including the reasoning, conditions and exceptions behind each decision.

Coheso launches Coheso Memory, a feature that turns resolved legal requests into reusable institutional knowledge, the company said in a press release. The system records decisions alongside their reasoning, conditions, exceptions and related matters.

Memory reviews resolved requests and proposes guidance that may apply to similar matters. An attorney must approve each proposed position before it takes effect, and the system surfaces approved guidance when a comparable request arises.

The feature also records updates to established positions and the reasoning behind each change. Legal departments can trace a position to earlier decisions and review cases where attorneys made exceptions.

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
