Clutch Says Its AI Platform Now Serves 30 Million Credit Union Members
Clutch announced in a press release that credit unions using its AI platform now serve 30 million members. The company said this equals about one in five credit union members in the United States.
Clutch said six of the ten largest credit unions in the country are partners. The San Francisco company builds AI and software tools for credit unions.
The company said its software business is doubling year over year, while its AI business is growing 450% year over year. Clutch said more credit unions are buying AI first rather than adding it to broader software modernization work.
Clutch said its agents can handle member tasks such as application follow up, stipulation explanations, reminder calls, and identifying members who may be close to falling behind.
