CLO Virtual Fashion Launches AI Fabric Digitization Kit for Global Use
CLO Virtual Fashion announced in a press release the global availability of the CLO zFab Kit, an AI powered fabric digitization system designed for use by brands, vendors, fabric mills, and supply chain partners. The kit can operate independently without the need for a CLO software license, allowing users to digitize fabrics directly through the CLOFAB platform on CLO-SET.
The CLO zFab Kit includes three dedicated hardware components: the zFab Cutter, zFab Scanner, and zFab Draper. These tools work with CLO's AI software to capture a fabric’s physical and visual properties from a circular sample. The system produces high-fidelity digital fabrics complete with PBR maps and physical property data that can integrate into various digital workflows.
According to the company, the standalone kit is built for participants throughout the fashion supply chain. It enables fast and consistent creation of digital fabrics, reduces the need for physical sample shipments, and shortens material approval cycles while improving data accuracy across teams.
