The company has also appointed Jan Roggen, formerly of Deloitte Legal, as Vice President of Growth. Roggen, who has over two decades of experience in legal innovation, will lead the North American expansion efforts.

Roggen's role will focus on enhancing customer success experiences and forming strategic partnerships to promote smarter drafting solutions. He expressed enthusiasm about joining ClauseBase, citing his previous experience with the platform at Deloitte as a key factor in his decision.

The company aims to leverage its existing client base in the region and build on its momentum with Roggen's leadership.

ClauseBase's platform integrates with tools like Microsoft Word and Outlook, allowing legal teams to automate templates, access extensive clause libraries, and generate first drafts efficiently. The company's ClauseBuddy tool, an AI-powered drafting toolbox, further enhances legal drafting capabilities by offering features such as automatic clause extraction and AI-powered document analysis.
