Chronograph Integrates Private Capital Data with Claude

Chronograph announced a collaboration with Anthropic to integrate its private capital portfolio data into Claude, enabling institutional investors to query and analyze their data using natural language.

Chronograph has announced a collaboration with Anthropic to integrate its private capital data into Claude, according to a press release. The integration allows private equity professionals to securely access and analyze their portfolio data through Claude’s large language model interface.

The connection uses Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that enables clients to retrieve private equity, private credit, venture capital, and infrastructure data directly within Claude. Chronograph’s MCP server provides real-time access to fund performance, company metrics, and exposure analytics, allowing users to query their portfolios in natural language.

Chronograph’s co-founders said the integration builds on nearly a decade of applying AI to private capital analytics. The Claude connector is designed to support tasks such as preparing investor meetings, comparing managers, and conducting portfolio exposure assessments.

The Chronograph connector for Claude is now available to Chronograph clients with a paid Claude subscription.
