ChiroTouch Wins Practice Management Innovation Award for AI-Powered Platform
ChiroTouch has received the Practice Management Innovation Award in the 10th annual MedTech Breakthrough Awards, announced in a press release. The awards program recognizes innovative companies and technologies in the global health and medical technology market.
ChiroTouch's platform combines electronic health records, scheduling, billing, intake, payments, and AI in one system. Its AI agent Rheo assists chiropractors in documentation and compliance, drawing insights from over 160 million patient encounters and more than 500 insurance-compliant macros. Users report significant time savings on charting and documentation tasks.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Rheo's Scribe feature helped chiropractors save $1.5 million in clinical value and over 38 months of documentation time. The system also performs compliance scans that automatically review chart notes and billing codes to ensure records meet regulatory and payer standards.
According to MedTech Breakthrough, ChiroTouch's platform addresses challenges specific to chiropractic practices by integrating all key functions into one environment. The company reports that over 12,500 practices in the United States use its software for daily operations and patient management.
