Ceva Reports Q1 2026 Revenue of $27 Million with Growth in AI and Connectivity Licensing

Ceva, Inc. reported $27 million in revenue for the first quarter of 2026, an 11 percent increase year over year, with AI accounting for over 20 percent of licensing revenue and new automotive production milestones.

Ceva, Inc. announced in a press release that it recorded revenue of 27 million dollars for the first quarter of 2026, an 11 percent increase from the same period last year. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share were 0.04 dollars. The company signed 14 licensing agreements, including two with original equipment manufacturers and three covering multiple technologies.

Licensing and related revenue reached 17.8 million dollars, the highest in three years, while royalty revenue totaled 9.2 million dollars, supported by record shipments of Wi-Fi units. Ceva-powered device shipments reached 458 million units in the quarter, including 91 million Wi-Fi units.

AI contributed more than 20 percent of licensing and related revenue. Key production milestones included the integration of Ceva’s AI technology into the Renesas R-Car V4H platform, which is entering production in the 2026 Toyota RAV4. The company also expanded engagements in 5G NTN and Ultra-Wideband, and secured a win for its Bluetooth High Data Throughput solution with integrated RF technology.
