Capacity Acquires Lang.ai to Expand AI Analytics in Support Automation
Capacity has acquired Lang.ai, a San Francisco-based AI analytics company, announced in a press release. Lang.ai specializes in transforming unstructured customer data into actionable intelligence through agentic large language model technology.
The acquisition brings Lang.ai’s technology, team, and customer base into Capacity. This integration enhances Capacity’s AI analytics and agentic tools for customer experience management. Lang.ai’s platform allows users to interact with structured and unstructured data to generate insights that guide business decisions.
Lang.ai founder and CEO Jorge Penalva will join Capacity to lead AI analytics and evaluation. According to the announcement, incorporating Lang.ai’s agentic analytics will help Capacity users automate support and improve customer experience by enabling direct interaction with their data in real time.
Lang.ai was founded in 2018 and has served enterprise clients across fintech, e-commerce, and consumer technology sectors. Capacity, founded in 2017, provides AI based support automation solutions used by more than 20,000 companies for both customer and employee support.
