Capacity, the AI-powered support automation platform for contact centers, has acquired KLaunch, a company specializing in conversational AI. This acquisition, announced in a press release, aims to deepen Capacity's capabilities in sectors such as government, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations.

KLaunch, based in Indianapolis, has a strong track record of delivering AI solutions to organizations like the Girl Scouts and the US Department of Veterans Affairs. The acquisition will allow Capacity to integrate KLaunch's expertise in automating customer conversations across multiple channels, enhancing its platform's ability to address customer engagement challenges.

This move follows Capacity's recent growth, including securing over $92 million in investments and acquiring other companies like Call Criteria and Verbio Technologies. The integration of KLaunch into Capacity's operations will provide customers with access to expanded platform capabilities, including enhanced automation tools and broader channel support.
