Canary Technologies has introduced Hospitality AI Agent Studio, a platform that allows hotels to design and deploy custom AI agents for various operational functions, from front desk to marketing.

Canary Technologies has launched Hospitality AI Agent Studio, a platform for hotels to create, customize, and deploy AI agents across their operations, announced in a press release. The company describes it as the first AI agent builder designed specifically for the hospitality industry.

The studio enables hoteliers to configure pre-built templates such as Front Desk, Concierge, and Central Reservations, or to build custom agents suited to their operational needs. It runs on Canary's existing AI platform, which is already used by thousands of hotels worldwide.

Through the new system, hotels can create and launch end-to-end agentic workflows that integrate with existing systems and brand standards. These workflows can support functions across operations, reservations, sales, and marketing from a single platform.

Hospitality AI Agent Studio can be used for both on-property and above-property roles, serving guests, staff, owners, and partners. Canary says the solution offers out-of-the-box configurations for quick setup, while also allowing full customization for unique hotel requirements.
