Brandi AI Introduces Sentiment Hub for Tracking Brand Positioning in AI Answers
Brandi AI has introduced Sentiment Hub, a brand intelligence capability designed to help enterprise marketing and public relations teams measure how AI systems represent their brands, announced in a press release. The tool enables users to define market categories, buyer questions, and brand attributes to track how AI answer engines describe their organizations.
Sentiment Hub is built to analyze responses from platforms such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. It identifies source level sentiment drivers and assesses whether AI generated content supports or contradicts a brand’s intended positioning.
According to Brandi AI, the system allows teams to detect when AI answers favor competitors or reflect outdated narratives. The company describes the capability as a way to make market category ownership measurable within AI generated answers for the first time.
