Bracco Imaging and NYU Langone Health have signed a multi-year Master Research Agreement to advance innovation in MRI, CT, ultrasound, and AI-enabled PET/CT imaging technologies.

Bracco Imaging has announced a strategic alliance with NYU Langone Health to advance innovation in medical imaging through a multi-year Master Research Agreement, announced in a press release.

The collaboration will focus on developing and optimizing technologies in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Photon-Counting Computed Tomography (PCCT), targeted ultrasound, and artificial intelligence-enabled PET/CT and MRI image analysis. The goal is to enhance diagnostic performance, streamline clinical workflows, and improve patient management.

Joint research activities will combine NYU Langone Health’s clinical and academic expertise with Bracco Imaging’s experience in contrast imaging and diagnostic solutions. The agreement is structured to strengthen ties between research and clinical practice, supporting the translation of scientific findings into healthcare applications.

According to Bracco Imaging’s CEO Fulvio Renoldi Bracco and NYU Langone’s Chair of Radiology Michael P. Recht, the partnership reflects a shared effort to drive progress in precision medicine and diagnostic accuracy through advanced imaging and artificial intelligence.
