Born.ai Offers Distributed Compute Patent Portfolio for License or Sale
Born.ai, operating under EYWA LLC, has made its distributed computing patent portfolio available for immediate license or acquisition, announced in a press release. The portfolio focuses on technologies that distribute compute tasks across federated nodes to create large-scale compute liquidity.
The assets are designed to support large language models, generative AI, real-time inference, simulation, and other compute-intensive workloads. By coordinating different types of compute devices into a unified execution layer, the technology aims to reduce reliance on centralized data centers and address power and cooling limitations.
According to the company, the portfolio includes several issued U.S. patents (11,093,293; 11,500,684; 11,640,322; 12,175,297) and one pending application (18/954,026). Adapt IP Ventures is managing the licensing and acquisition process, evaluating potential monetization models such as direct sale, structured licensing, or hybrid frameworks.
