Black Tech Street has signed an MOU with NVIDIA to advance AI education and innovation in Tulsa's Historic Greenwood, aiming to train 10,000 learners and support tech startups.

Black Tech Street has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NVIDIA to advance AI education and innovation in Tulsa, Oklahoma's Historic Greenwood district, announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to position Tulsa as a model for AI-driven economic empowerment and education.

The partnership will involve training up to 10,000 learners in collaboration with local educational institutions and community organizations. The initiative is part of Tulsa's Tech Hub coalition, which recently secured $51 million in funding, including $10.6 million for the creation of a Greenwood AI Center of Excellence led by Black Tech Street.

NVIDIA will provide advanced computing resources, including access to GPUs and cloud-based platforms, to support AI projects and startups. The collaboration also includes organizing community events and leveraging local networks to recruit participants for NVIDIA's training programs. This effort is expected to catalyze economic growth in the Greenwood District by supporting tech startups and creating high-paying jobs in the AI sector.
