Bizcap Acquires 8fig to Expand AI-Driven Funding Capabilities
Bizcap has acquired 8fig, bringing the AI-driven funding platform into its global portfolio to strengthen its technology-led business financing capabilities, announced in a press release.
Founded in 2020, 8fig has provided over $500 million in funding to online sellers through its “AI CFO” tool, which helps businesses plan and forecast growth. The company will continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership while gaining access to Bizcap’s capital and international reach.
Bizcap and its affiliates have funded more than $3 billion for small and medium-sized enterprises across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, North America, and Europe. The addition of 8fig’s automated underwriting and AI systems will enhance Bizcap’s ability to deliver faster, more tailored funding products for SMEs.
The partnership aims to combine Bizcap’s financial infrastructure with 8fig’s AI technology to develop new long-term funding solutions and accelerate global market expansion.
