Azra AI Introduces Agentic AI Clinical Research Platform

May 06, 2026
Azra AI has launched its Agentic AI Clinical Research Platform, built on its care orchestration infrastructure to unify EHR data and automate clinical trial processes across health systems.

Azra AI announced in a press release the launch of its Agentic AI Clinical Research Platform, designed to connect health systems and pharmaceutical companies through a unified patient intelligence layer. The platform builds on Azra AI’s care orchestration engine to harmonize fragmented electronic health record data for use across the clinical trial lifecycle.

The system processes pathology and radiology reports as soon as they enter the EHR, applying AI models to detect and characterize diseases including oncology, cardiology, and neurology. This real time data ingestion identifies trial eligible patients up to seven days earlier than traditional systems.

The platform includes a conversational user interface that allows researchers to interact with data using natural language, reducing site feasibility assessments from weeks to seconds. Autonomous AI agents continuously scan data to automate pre screening and enrollment, while predictive tools track disease progression to identify patients for upcoming trials.

Azra AI also introduced the Azra Clinical Research Network, enabling hospitals to connect directly with pharmaceutical studies suited to their patient populations. The platform provides automated reporting and full traceability to source data, offering transparency and oversight across the entire trial portfolio.
