Aura to Acquire Qoria and List on ASX
Aura has announced plans to acquire Qoria through an Australian scheme of arrangement, according to a press release. The transaction, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval, is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026. Upon completion, Qoria will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Aura, and the combined company will begin trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ticker symbol AXQ.
The merger will combine Aura’s AI-powered online safety and wellbeing technology with Qoria’s global footprint and expertise in student safety. Together, the companies aim to establish a global leader in online safety and security. The combined entity reported over $300 million in annual recurring revenue for the year ending December 31, 2025, and targets growth of more than 20 percent in 2026, with plans to be cash flow positive from transaction completion.
