atNorth Joins European Data Center Association to Advance Sustainable Infrastructure
atNorth has joined the European Data Center Association, announced in a press release. The membership will allow the Nordic data center provider to collaborate with industry peers, contribute to EU policy discussions, and promote sustainable digital infrastructure across Europe.
Through the association, atNorth aims to help shape guidelines for sustainable and scalable data center operations. The company will participate in initiatives that support fair regulation, strengthen Europe's digital industry, and encourage the use of renewable energy in data centers.
atNorth currently operates eight data centers across the Nordics, with additional sites under development in Finland, Denmark, and Sweden. The company is also a signatory of the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact and a participant in the UN Global Compact, aligning its efforts with EU climate and sustainability targets for 2030.
