Arm Achieves Record Quarterly Revenue of Over $1 Billion

Arm has reported its first-ever quarterly revenue exceeding $1 billion, driven by strong demand for its Armv9 CPUs and Compute Subsystems across various markets.

Arm has reported a milestone achievement with its quarterly revenue surpassing $1 billion for the first time in the company's history, announced in a press release. The company's fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, saw total revenues exceed $4 billion, with royalty revenues reaching $2 billion.

The record-breaking quarter was fueled by significant deals and licenses, particularly in the deployment of Armv9 CPUs and Compute Subsystems (CSS) in smartphones and data centers. Arm's CSS has seen increased demand, becoming a preferred choice for future chip designs, including a new license for automotive applications with a leading global EV manufacturer.

Arm's Neoverse platform is playing a crucial role in AI data centers, with NVIDIA's Armv9-based Grace Blackwell superchip now in full production. Additionally, Arm's technology is being utilized in next-generation AI-defined vehicles through collaborations with companies like GM and NVIDIA.

The company also highlighted the expansion of Arm-based data center chips by tech giants Google and Microsoft, with Google's Axion chip now available in multiple regions and Microsoft's Cobalt 100 chips supporting a wide range of software workloads. Arm continues to invest in its developer ecosystem, introducing new tools and partnerships to enhance AI performance across its platform.
