Amperos Health Raises $16 Million to Launch AI Platform for Denial Management

Amperos Health has raised $16 million in Series A funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Uncork Capital and Neo, announced in a press release. The funding supports the launch of Amperos' AI platform for denial management and revenue recovery for healthcare providers.

The platform automates the entire denial management process, from insurance portal follow-ups to appeals, using large language models across voice and computer interfaces. A team of subject matter experts handles complex claims while the system delivers insights to improve billing and collections.

Amperos reports serving over 3,000 clinical locations across all 50 states, recovering nearly $700 million in revenue annually across more than 500,000 claims. The company plans to expand its analytics capabilities and introduce additional agentic features for other revenue cycle management workflows.

The company previously raised $4.2 million in seed funding in June 2025.
