AllOne Health Acquires Three EAP Providers to Expand National Reach

AllOne Health has acquired Carebridge EAP, Comp EAP, and ERC EAP, marking its 18th, 19th, and 20th acquisitions since 2016 to strengthen its nationwide Employee Assistance Program services.

AllOne Health announced in a press release the acquisition of Carebridge EAP, Comp EAP, and ERC EAP, expanding its national Employee Assistance Program (EAP) network. These transactions mark the company’s 18th, 19th, and 20th acquisitions since 2016.

The newly acquired organizations have established reputations for regional EAP support and will continue operating under AllOne Health. The company stated that these additions strengthen its ability to deliver personalized and outcome-based support to organizations across the U.S.

AllOne Health’s offerings now include 24/7 access to clinicians, a mobile app with guided digital therapy options, and an AI-powered mental health navigator named Izzy. The platform also supports whole-family coverage and provides crisis management, consulting, wellness, and concierge services.

With these acquisitions, AllOne Health continues to expand its reach and enhance its service delivery while maintaining its focus on high-touch care and regional partnerships. Carebridge EAP and the other acquired companies will gain access to AllOne Health’s expanded resources and technology infrastructure.
