Aline Launches AI Outbound Agent Integrated into Senior Living CRM
Aline announced in a press release the general availability of Aline Connect, an AI outbound agent built into the Aline CRM platform for senior living and post-acute care operators. The system automatically follows up on digital inquiries through calls and texts, managing up to 20 outreach attempts over 90 days without requiring integration with third-party tools.
Aline Connect operates directly from the CRM prospect record, using contextual data such as inquiry source and lead status to qualify and transfer prospects to sales counselors. All interactions are logged automatically within the CRM. The platform uses the community’s caller ID for outreach and runs daily between 8 AM and 8 PM local time.
Early results show improved performance compared to industry benchmarks. Communities using Aline Connect achieved a 62% overall lead connection rate versus an industry average of 40%, and a 30% tour conversion rate for web form inquiries compared to 17% industry average. Connection rates reached 70% or higher for leads with five or more outreach attempts.
The product is now available to all Aline CRM customers with flexible pricing based on community size. Operators can also bundle Aline Connect with Aline Contact Center for combined inbound and outbound lead coverage.
