Aiva Health and ServiceNow Partner to Bring Voice-Driven AI to Hospital Bedside
Aiva Health has announced a partnership with ServiceNow to bring voice-driven AI to the patient bedside, according to a press release. The collaboration integrates Aiva’s voice technology with ServiceNow’s enterprise platform to connect frontline care teams with hospital operations in real time.
The integration allows clinicians to create and manage IT and operational service requests through voice commands, streamlining processes that traditionally required manual input. Requests are routed through ServiceNow’s workflow engine, ensuring structured categorization and enterprise-level analytics.
The partnership coincides with the launch of ServiceNow Healthcare Operations, a purpose-built solution designed to automate administrative tasks in healthcare. Together, the systems form a closed-loop architecture where voice acts as the engagement layer and ServiceNow serves as the orchestration layer, linking clinical teams with back-office functions efficiently.
