Aisera, an Automation Anywhere company, was named a Leader in the inaugural IDC MarketScape Worldwide Conversational AI Platforms for Back-Office Use Cases 2026 Vendor Assessment, announced in a press release.
This marks the first IDC MarketScape report focused specifically on conversational AI platforms designed for back-office applications. The report highlights Aisera's broad support for large language model integration, offering options that include its own tuned models, customer-supplied foundation models, and third-party models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and Amazon.
