AI Alliance Unveils AI Programming Language and Framework

The AI Alliance has introduced Dana, an AI-powered programming language, and OpenDXA, an industrial AI agent framework, while launching AI Alliance Japan to support AI development in Japan.

AI Alliance has announced the release of Dana, a new AI-powered programming language, and OpenDXA, an industrial AI agent framework, announced in a press release. Dana is designed to enable intent-driven development, allowing users to describe their goals while the language manages implementation. This marks a shift from AI-assisted coding to AI-native programming.

OpenDXA is an open-source framework tailored for complex industrial AI systems, capable of handling specialized domain data and workflows. It aims to provide explainable AI and automatic prompt optimization through deterministic systems with domain-expert meta agents.

Additionally, AI Alliance has launched AI Alliance Japan, a regional initiative to promote open-source AI research and development in Japan. This initiative includes new members such as Mitsubishi Electric, National Institute of Informatics, and SAKURA internet Inc., focusing on AI agents, data, models, and evaluation tailored to Japan's cultural and economic context.
