The collaboration combines WIZ.AI's expertise in AI agents with Agora's real-time communication technology to provide scalable, human-like service.
The partnership aims to integrate Agora's real-time communication SDKs and Conversational AI Engine with WIZ.AI's tools, offering solutions for inbound customer service, outbound campaigns, QA and analytics, and AI training. This integration is designed to support local language and contextual understanding, accessible via voice and video channels.
Agora's CEO, Tony Zhao, emphasized the commitment to enabling enterprises with intelligent and scalable AI solutions, while WIZ.AI's President, Jennifer Zhang, highlighted the synergy between Agora's infrastructure and WIZ.AI's advanced AI agents.
