Adapt launches Late Pay Agent for insurance agencies

Sep 22, 2026
Adapt's autonomous agent contacts customers about overdue payments and records each interaction in an agency's management system.

Adapt announced in a press release the launch of Late Pay Agent, an autonomous agent that helps property and casualty insurance agencies collect overdue payments. It continues contacting customers with pending cancellations until payment is recorded.

The agent sends emails from the agency's mailbox and uses its phone number for texts and calls. It records each message in the agency management system, while agencies can choose which customer segments receive outreach.

Adapt reports that the agent can prevent up to 93% of pending policies from lapsing and reduce suspense volume by 63%. Pricing is based on each resolved payment, with no charge when a customer pays before outreach starts or when the policy is canceled.

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
