Actualyze AI Emerges From Stealth With $7 Million Seed Round
Actualyze AI emerged from stealth with $7 million in seed funding from Storm Ventures, Canaan Partners, Morado Ventures, and AME Cloud Ventures, the company announced in a press release.
The Pasadena, California company launched Actualyze, a hosted enterprise AI platform that sits between an organization and the AI models it uses. The platform is now in Early Access through its Design Partner Program.
Actualyze routes AI requests through a governed path before they reach a model provider. The system ties each request to a person, team, and application, then checks access, scans the request, applies budget controls, and records the activity.
The platform supports models compatible with OpenAI interfaces, AI client tools, and third party platforms. Its features cover access approvals, spend policies, inference scanning, audit trails, model catalog management, request routing, and automatic failover.
Actualyze AI was founded by Rafi Khardalian and Sean Lynch, who previously founded Metacloud, a managed private cloud company acquired by Cisco.
