YY Group Invests in NVIDIA Blackwell Infrastructure for Workforce AI
YY Group Holding Limited has announced a strategic investment in high performance computing infrastructure built on NVIDIA's Blackwell architecture, according to a press release. The setup features GeForce RTX 5090 GPUs and NVIDIA Tensor Core technology to support internal development and fine-tuning of the company’s proprietary workforce AI models.
The new infrastructure will enable local fine-tuning of large language models ranging from 7 billion to 14 billion parameters using QLoRA optimization techniques. It will also use NVIDIA's CUDA ecosystem for accelerated experimentation with regional labor data, improving the company’s candidate-to-job matching capabilities.
YY Group stated that the infrastructure integrates NVIDIA TensorRT for faster model inference and semantic search reranking, supporting ultra-low latency results for enterprise clients. The system also employs open source serving engines such as vLLM to deploy high throughput internal APIs that connect with the company’s existing workforce management and facility management platforms.
Headquartered in Singapore, YY Group operates across Asia and provides AI based workforce and facility management solutions through its YY Circle and 24IFM platforms.
