Yudian Automation Earns TUV SUD Functional Safety Certification for AI-85X Controllers

Yudian Automation has obtained TUV SUD functional safety certification for its AI-85X series temperature controllers, making it the first temperature controller brand in China to achieve this recognition, announced in a press release.

The certification process lasted 13 months and involved collaboration between Yudian's technical team and TUV SUD's China-Germany team. It included detailed evaluations of product design, hardware testing, software verification, production control, and documentation systems.

The AI-85X series is designed for advanced industrial applications such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, and renewable energy. It uses Yudian's APID intelligent regulation algorithm to maintain precise temperature control with an accuracy of up to 0.002°C.

Yudian Automation, founded in 1991, operates a modern factory with a production capacity of 10 million units annually. Its products are exported to over 150 countries and meet multiple international standards including CE, UL, and RoHS. According to the company, the new certification will support its expansion into the European Union and North American markets.
