X Square Robot Launches QUANXTA Zero Series for Embodied Data Production

X Square Robot has introduced the QUANXTA Zero Series, a combined software and hardware platform designed for embodied data production according to a press release. The system aims to improve the efficiency and quality of robotics data used in model training by connecting collection, synchronization, cleaning, annotation, training, and evaluation into a single workflow.

The QUANXTA Zero Series includes three devices. The QUANXTA Zero-G1 uses a headband and dual grippers for balanced data quality and endurance, the Zero-G0 integrates a VR headset and backpack system for mobile collection, and the Zero-E0 is a lightweight first-person device with six cameras. The Zero-G1 captures visual, tactile, and audio data while maintaining alignment accuracy within one millisecond and features magnetic hot-swappable batteries for continuous use.

An accompanying QUANXTA Zero App supports operators with a task marketplace, device management, and automated data handling. The platform also introduces a data pipeline that upgrades raw data through synchronization, automated cleaning, human-AI quality control, and a closed-loop training process. X Square Robot states that this system can reach up to 100 demonstrations per hour, improving collection speed more than twofold over conventional teleoperation methods.
