WizCommerce, an AI-driven sales and ecommerce platform, has raised $8 million in Series A funding led by Peak XV Partners to modernize wholesale operations.

WizCommerce, an AI-powered sales and ecommerce platform for wholesale distributors, has raised $8 million in a Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners, announced in a press release. The company aims to replace outdated systems like fax machines and spreadsheets with a comprehensive AI operating system.

WizCommerce's platform is designed to streamline wholesale operations by integrating AI into processes such as quoting, personalized storefronts, and product content management. This approach transforms complex workflows into intelligent, automated systems, benefiting both sales representatives and buyers.

Currently, over 700 sales reps and 300,000 buyers utilize WizCommerce across various categories, including home décor, lighting, and general merchandise. The company has also introduced AI-powered tools like the sales assistant Kai and the WizStudio image generator to further enhance its offerings.

With the new funding, WizCommerce plans to expand its AI capabilities, focusing on both back-office and front-office functions to build an AI workforce for distributors. The platform is already in use by industry leaders such as Loloi Rugs, Jaipur Living, and Arteriors Home.
