William Raveis has launched Raveis365+, an upgraded platform that integrates AI tools to improve efficiency across its real estate operations, according to a press release. The company introduced the platform at its 2026 Elite Event in March, and thousands of agents have since joined.

Raveis365+ provides AI capabilities for agents, buyers, and sellers. Agents can use built-in virtual assistants through voice or text commands to reduce paperwork and simplify client communications. Buyers receive faster access to property data, including new listings and price changes, while sellers benefit from automated marketing tools for listings, open houses, and broker alerts.

The platform is designed for flexibility and can integrate with other tools. It builds on a decade-long collaboration with Microsoft that began with the development of a proprietary communication system for agents. The company said the new AI integration supports its goal of enhancing efficiency and client service across its real estate, mortgage, and insurance businesses.
