Visier Appoints Jen Glass as Vice President of Customer Solutions

Visier has appointed Jen Glass as Vice President of Customer Solutions. She will lead the company's Customer Solutions and Success Organization, focusing on advancing its solution-led approach for the Workforce AI platform.

Visier announced in a press release the appointment of Jen Glass as Vice President of Customer Solutions. Glass will join the executive leadership team and management board, leading the Customer Solutions and Success Organization to support the company’s shift toward a solution led and customer focused model for its Workforce AI platform.

Glass brings experience from roles across software development, management consulting, and software as a service leadership. She has built and scaled teams, expanded into new markets, and led consulting and transformation practices at firms using platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, and Workday.

As part of Visier’s senior leadership team, Glass will work with cross functional leaders to drive the company’s strategic transformation. Chief Operating Officer Steve Holder stated that her combination of customer success and transformation expertise aligns with Visier’s long term plans to expand its Workforce AI solutions.
