Giresi brings over 30 years of IT experience to Vertiv, having previously served as the chief digital officer at Molex and held leadership roles at Aramark, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Tory Burch, Direct Brands, and Godiva Chocolatier. His extensive background in digital and IT strategy is expected to reinforce Vertiv's competitive advantages in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
