Vaimo and Go Autonomous Partner to Automate B2B Commerce
Vaimo has announced a strategic partnership with Go Autonomous to automate B2B commerce operations, according to a press release. The collaboration aims to help businesses digitize manual sales processes and improve the efficiency of handling orders and quotes.
Under the partnership, Vaimo will integrate Go Autonomous's AI systems into its service portfolio. These systems can independently manage order and quote processing across various channels, including email and other non ecommerce platforms, allowing companies to free up staff time for higher value customer interactions.
Go Autonomous's technology enables businesses to reach an autonomy rate of up to 90 percent in decision execution, including complex cases that traditional automation cannot handle. Both companies have already begun work on integrated solutions for global B2B clients.
