Union Savings Bank Uses NGDATA AI Hub for Churn Detection

Sep 2, 2026
Union Savings Bank is using NGDATA AI Hub to identify churn risk, recommend products, and support CD renewal campaigns, according to figures cited in a Celent Solution Brief.

NGDATA stated in a press release that Union Savings Bank is using NGDATA AI Hub to reduce customer attrition, grow deposits, and increase Customer Lifetime Value. The figures come from a Celent Solution Brief on the Danbury, Connecticut based bank.

The bank reported 79 percent accuracy for Top 3 next best product recommendations, a 74 percent churn detection rate, and 90 percent retention from targeted Certificate of Deposit renewal campaigns.

NGDATA AI Hub runs on the bank's existing infrastructure and uses customer, account, product, and transaction data. Its attrition model flags customers at risk of leaving and can trigger targeted retention or promotional outreach.

The platform also provides plain language explanations for churn predictions, including factors linked to each risk signal. Union Savings Bank did not replace its core banking platform or build a data lake for the deployment.
