Unilumin Tops LED Market for Third Year, Expands Focus on AI and Metasight Ecosystems

April 30, 2026
Unilumin reported over 8 billion yuan in revenue for 2025, maintaining its lead among listed LED display companies for three consecutive years. The company is shifting from hardware sales to an integrated model centered on AI and digital content ecosystems.

Unilumin has remained the highest revenue earner among listed LED display companies for three consecutive years, surpassing 8 billion yuan in 2025 despite limited global market growth according to a press release. The company attributes this to a strategy balancing operational stability with structural transformation.

Unilumin reported steady revenue growth supported by resilient intelligent display operations, expanded shipment volumes, and improved efficiency in receivables and inventory management. High end product lines, including Mini and Micro LED displays, creative display solutions, and AI based metasight applications, have become new growth drivers.

The company has reduced parts of its traditional lighting business while increasing research and development investment in artificial intelligence. It is transitioning from hardware sales to an integrated model combining hardware, software, and services. This shift has strengthened its leadership in multiple areas, including LED rental markets and virtual production XR.

Looking ahead, Unilumin plans to reposition itself as a creator of AI based metasight ecosystems. The company is developing platforms that integrate proprietary and external large models to support enterprise applications, AI subscription models, intelligent display robotics, and digital content asset management. These efforts are gradually increasing the share of recurring software revenue in its business mix.
