Truemed and Lynx Partner to Expand HSA/FSA Healthcare E-Commerce
Truemed and Lynx have announced a strategic partnership to enhance healthcare e-commerce capabilities for third-party administrators, benefits administrators, and health plans, according to a press release.
The collaboration combines Truemed’s clinical and compliance infrastructure for dual-purpose items with Lynx’s e-commerce platform. This integration enables administrators to offer member-focused online marketplaces for HSA and FSA-eligible products, as well as items requiring a Letter of Medical Necessity.
The joint platform supports categories such as over-the-counter products, medical devices, durable medical equipment, at-home lab tests, and prescription delivery. Lynx’s infrastructure manages taxes, compliance, pricing, and fulfillment across all 50 U.S. states.
Deployment options include API-based integration into existing systems, white-labeled storefronts managed by Lynx, and licensed code implementations that extend beyond API functionality, offering advanced compliance and order workflow management.
