TransPak Opens Semiconductor Packaging Facility in Thailand

TransPak has opened a 2,318 square meter facility in Chonburi, Thailand, that provides packaging, assembly and logistics services for technology equipment.

TransPak announced in a press release the opening of a 2,318 square meter facility in Chonburi, Thailand. The site provides packaging, final assembly, on site packing and logistics services for customers in Thailand and across Southeast Asia.

Located in the Namyong Terminal Free Zone in Si Racha District, the facility will serve the data center, server and semiconductor industries. Its services include engineered packaging, local engineering support, packaging for complex equipment and coordinated transportation.

TransPak expects to expand its local team as operations grow. The company said Thailand's electronics sector has attracted more than 1 trillion baht in investment since 2023, citing figures from the Thailand Board of Investment.
