transcosmos Expands CX Platform with AI Agent Capabilities in trans-DX Plus for Support
transcosmos announced in a press release that it has enhanced its trans-DX for Support platform with AI agent capabilities, evolving it into trans-DX Plus for Support. The company plans to deploy the new version to 200 firms by the end of the current fiscal year to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
The upgraded platform was developed with vottia, a company specializing in AI agent technologies that was jointly established with Mobilus Corporation. trans-DX Plus for Support integrates autonomous AI agents to enable hybrid operations between humans and AI. The system combines multi-LLM functionality, encryption features, and risk control measures.
In client case studies, replacing a traditional voice bot with a voice AI agent raised self-service resolution rates from about 19 percent to 52 percent for repair service inquiries. The platform integrates with transcosmos's communication infrastructure and supports continuous improvement through implementation and operations services.
transcosmos stated that through the expanded features of trans-DX Plus for Support, it aims to help clients transform cost structures and enhance competitiveness.
